Joylin Zimmerman, PT, CMPT

Joylin Zimmerman is a Board Certified Manual Physical Therapist and has been in practice for over 13 years. Since 1993, Ms. Zimmerman has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has been involved specifically in Women's Medicine since 2003. She is also a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society.

She has recently established the first women's health manual physical therapy clinic in Orlando. Ms. Zimmerman has designed an innovative combination of manual orthopedic and visceral physical therapies that has resulted in rapid decrease in pain and symptoms, and return to full recovery. She is an expert at finding and fixing the primary cause of pain and dysfunction. Her therapy is an adjunct to the physician's excellent care.

Her clinical practice focuses on female urogenital conditions and chronic pain. She is an expert in dealing with chronic pelvic pain and dysfunction, including dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, coccydynia, and endometriosis pain.

Ms. Zimmerman is committed in maintaining the highest standards of care for her patients in a warm, personal setting that is always professional. An individualized treatment plan is customized for each patient's unique needs. Treatment sessions are scheduled in 1 hour blocks and is always one-on-one in a private treatment room.
